Selection Criteria: The Rules for Joining Our Network

Admission to our network is subject to compliance with a strict code of ethics and selection criteria, designed to ensure maximum protection for the member.

Exclusive Commitment to Defending Members' Interests
The fundamental and non-negotiable requirement is the absence of conflicts of interest. Professionals who have represented or defended a cooperative in litigation (judicial or extrajudicial) against its own members are not admitted. This criterion extends to the entire professional firm: if a single partner has represented a cooperative against its members, the entire firm is ineligible. This restrictive policy is essential to guarantee the absolute absence of conflicts, even potential ones.

Proven Excellence and Reputation
Each candidate must be a recognized professional or firm, able to demonstrate excellence and a solid reputation in their field of specialization. Competence is the foundation of our trust.

Territorial Anchoring
Each professional (or their firm) may only apply for the country where their main establishment is located. This ensures in-depth knowledge of the local regulatory framework and socio-economic context.

Total Operational Independence
Network members always act with complete independence from the OETC. The professional relationship is established directly between the member and the chosen professional. The OETC acts as a facilitator, enhancing the expert's work by providing strategic analysis, comparative data, and access to the results of our AI platform for legal document analysis.

Contribution to Collective Knowledge
Knowledge is a common good. Any legal or extrajudicial action initiated via an OETC report must conclude with an update to our European Register of Cooperative Governance (REGC) by the expert who handled it. This secure, anonymized archive is a fundamental tool that allows us to map issues at a European level and guide our advocacy actions.
